What is true about the effectiveness of abortion victim images is also true about ultrasound images. According to The National Institute of Family and Life Advocates, 80 percent of abortion-minded mothers choose life after they see their unborn baby via ultrasound.

On October 5, Created Equal participated in Ohio’s first-ever March for Life. Now that Roe is dead, Ohio can become an abortion-free state.

According to Ohio’s Department of Health, abortion killed 21,813 preborn Ohioans last year. At the March for Life, we marched to represent these victims. We don’t march for ourselves. We march to end the marching. We march for them!

Mark interviews some of the Created Equal staff to get their take on event.

Mark Houck made national headlines after 20 heavily armed federal agents stormed his home at dawn on September 23, 2022, scaring his family, pointing guns at his head, and then arresting him in front of his wife and seven young children.

Houck is alleged to have violated the federal Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, commonly known as the FACE Act, outside of a Pennsylvania abortion facility in October 2021.

In today’s episode, Mark interviews Houck’s attorney, Peter Breen, vice president and senior counsel at the Thomas More Society.  Peter explains how this invasion is part of a growing trend of intimidation and harassment of law-abiding anti-abortion activists.

Also, Pastor John MacArthur rebuked California’s Gov. Gavin Newsom for posting billboards in red states using the words of Jesus to invite people to travel to California for abortions. MacArthur’s stand is a great example for every preacher in America on how to properly speak truth to power.

Indications are abortion advocates will go to the polls in force on Nov. 8 as a response to the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Protesters are also out in force on campuses censoring our Jumbotron and screaming chants like “My body my choice” and “No uterus no opinion.” Mark will respond to these challenges.

Plus, VP Kamala Harris is the gift that keeps giving. She recently told an audience you can be a Christian and support killing babies by abortion.  Is she right? Does scripture condemn abortion?

Abortion-minded parents are traveling across the border from abortion-free states to abortion havens to commit abortions. Anti-abortion advocates in New Mexico, Michigan, and other states are trying to adjust to the new environment.

Justice Samuel Alito, writing in Dobbs, was silent on whether unborn children are considered persons who have a right to life under the 14th Amendment. Justice Kavanaugh concurred stating the Constitution is “neither pro-life nor pro-choice.”

So, is the constitution neutral on abortion?

According to many legal scholars, it isn’t.

FACT: Laws and treatises recognized unborn children as persons at the time the Fourteenth Amendment was drafted.

Alexandra Snyder says, “It is incoherent that a living human being would be worthy of protection in one state and treated as nothing more than medical waste in another. There is no third category of living human beings who are not persons.”

While we are pleased that the SCOTUS overturned Roe, the decision of Dobbs V. Jackson didn’t go far enough.

On today’s program, Mark will speak with Alexandra Snyder, CEO of Life Legal Defense Foundation, about how the current scenario of states making abortion policy is unconstitutional and inadequate for abolishing abortion.

Additionally, we will touch on the seemingly untouchable subject of whether abortion bans should protect the unborn equally by giving prosecutors the discretion to criminalize the women who commit them.

Maison Des Champs is a rock climber that has recently started climbing skyscrapers to protest abortion. His goal is to raise $1,000,000 for pro-life charities and to inspire young people to speak out against abortion. After hearing news of Dr. Cesare Santangelo killing late-term babies in DC, he felt called to action.

As an experienced climber, Maison sees skyscrapers as a safe and creative/effective way to peacefully protest. In most states and cities, there are no laws against climbing skyscrapers. Usually, Maison is charged with some form of trespassing or disorderly conduct. Maison is ​currently living in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is a finance major at UNLV.

Mark asks Maison if his climbing has been effective in raising awareness about abortion.

Planned Parenthood and its well-funded political allies are working on a multifaceted approach to silence the pro-life movement once and for all in states like Michigan and California. Pro-abortion forces are gearing up to put ballot measures before voters in several key states.

Coming after a tough defeat in Kansas, Michigan is one of those states where the stakes couldn’t be higher. If pro-life forces lose in Michigan, advocates will make this victory a blueprint for other states in the coming years.
