Later, Jack Smith is not looking to do justice, but trying to destroy Donald Trump no matter what with a phony Special Counsel. Smith has subpoenaed Mike Pence, and now Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner to testify and get info about Trump and ensure he will never get a fair trial. Trump is not the sitting president, but that is not stopping Merrick Garland from using a special council to destroy Trump for political reasons only.
