Opening Monologue - Steelers vs the Browns on Sunday, and Mark tells you it will be Sunday because the league just ain't going to move the game this close to the playoffs starting. He also gets some Penguins talk going because it is a special day in Penguin and Pittsburgh history, the anniversary of Lemieux scoring five goals five ways.

Gerry Dulac joins the show to break down the game against the Browns but mainly focus on the playoffs which are right around the corner and how some rest can help Big Ben.

They start with the news of the Capitals signing Boston Bruin legend Zdeno Chara before getting into the Steelers and both the resting of players and potential revenge by Mason Rudolph over Myles Garrett. They continue to talk Steelers for most of the hour but put a bow on things by getting into some sweet sweet Penguins talk.

Opening Monologue - It's a non game for the Steelers this Sunday in Cleveland, and they should rest Ben and other starters, but if they lose it's most likely they see Baltimore in the Wild Card....and that ain't good.
Mark also talks some Penguins to open up the show, including reminiscing about the 91 Stanley Cup Championship, which we will talk to Kevin Stevens about later on in the hour.

Captain Nemo - At long last, it is time for some hockey talk, as Mark gives a full preview ahead of training camp.
The puck drop for the first game against the Flyers was announced and it couldn't of been any better. Mark takes some calls on the Penguins and the Steelers before the Godfather Stan Savran makes his weekly appearance. They discuss the Steelers mainly but get into some hockey talk at the end as training camp is right around the corner.

OPENING MONOLOGUE - Ben ain't playing against the Browns on Sunday, and Mark tells you why that's the right move to make. Some other starters arent expected to play either, including some younger players who Mark wonders if they really need the rest and shouldn't play. He also gets into the Penguins as training camp is next week...and lasts less than two weeks before real games with stakes start in Philadelphia.

We then here some great sound from Booger McFarland on ESPN addressing athletes who aren't focused or have the maturity to approach football as the job it is. Sounds familiar....

Nate Davis from USA Today joins the show to discuss if the Steelers second half was just a flash in the pan, or if the team really turned it around. He also gets into who has the best shot to dethrone the Chiefs out of the AFC, the MVP race, and where he sees the Steelers right now.

THE LIST - Mark adds a player from Sunday Night Football last night to the list.
JuJu bashed Primantis on social media for bad service and now JuJu is getting CRUSHED because you cannot diss a Pittsburgh staple and just expect to get away with it. Things take a shocking turn however when Primantis sucks up to JuJu which leads Mark to say some damning, but true things, about the restaurant.
We then welcome Ryan Wilson from CBS Sports onto the show to talk some Steelers football but also take a look around the NFL in regards to the playoff races and the MVP race between Rodgers and Mahomes.

He also gets into the Pirates trading Josh Bell on Christmas Eve on what was a news dump and a salary dump simultaneously, and the Penguins owner has made a rather interesting purchase recently. Mark takes some calls from a few people who disagree with his opinion about resting Ben and other starters against the Browns.
Mark reflects on Mario Lemieux's comeback night which over the weekend celebrated it's 25th year anniversary, and he takes a couple calls about the Pens.
Chris Adamski of the Trib joins the show as Buzz and the Super Genius go back and forth about the win yesterday, what's up with the defense and of course what is going wrong with the running game for the Steelers.
JuJu is hating on Primanti Bros on Tik Tok. Mark vows to not stop giving JuJu a hard time, but instead quadruple, no quintuple down on JuJu until hes a Jet next year.
