On this week’s episode, Alana and her guest Mark Rennie (Two Old Queens podcast) discuss all things Pandemi! Mark admits the Pandemi is absolutely not his fault and convinces Alana to think the same. Finally, the sweet relief she’s been looking for! They discuss their last hang before the shut down which was, you guessed it, a double date with each other. And finally, Mark and Alana talk about how their minimal workouts and routine have had a maximum effect on their self esteem. Seems like things are really turning around for Alana except in her intro where she literally flies off the handle and cusses out the world.
