When you let go of the stuff that’s no longer serving you it’s going to allow you to show up in a new way with your audience. It’s going to allow you to truly connect with them without the weight of all the pressure, anxiety, and fear that you’re carrying around.

You will be better able to serve your clients and your potential clients if you can learn to let go of these seven specific things:

1 - Your desire to serve everyone

When you try to serve everyone, you end up serving no one. Sharing the same message with different groups of people means no one is connecting with you because what you say to one group doesn’t apply to the others.

You need to speak to the people who have the greatest need for what you have to offer. Who is that person for you?

• Who are they?
• Where are they in their business?
• What characteristics describe them?

If you don’t commit to marketing to that person, that person is going to stay stuck.

Just because you commit to a particular audience doesn’t mean you can’t serve others who don’t fall into that audience. It just means you’re prioritizing your time, your effort, and your resources to serving the person with the greatest need.

2 – Self-doubt

Otherwise known as imposter syndrome, self-doubt is killing your marketing.

If you are acting out of fear and self-doubt, you are repelling your ideal clients because you don’t really believe you can serve them.

To truly let go of your self-doubt, you have to understand where it comes from.

• Where does your self-doubt come from?
• What situations have happened that have triggered this?
• What actions and shifts do you need to make to move past it?

3 – Perfection

Perfectionism is a hard thing for a high achieving female entrepreneur to overcome! Perfection is something we’re all striving for but we’re never going to get, because there is no such thing!

We need to redefine progress. If we’re so focused on things being perfect, we spend so much time behind the scenes and not enough time out there talking to our audience.

The need and desire to have things perfect means there is some fear around it not being perfect.

You have to ask yourself:

• What is that fear?
• Where does that fear come from?

Don’t let the desire for perfection keep you from taking action.

4 – Comparison

How can you get the right clients, when you are so busy comparing yourself to what other people are doing?

Other people may have a different audience, a different business structure, be in a different stage of business, or completely different industry. So you’re not even comparing apples to apples.

What triggers your comparison? Take steps to put boundaries in place now to protect yourself from those triggers, or at least minimize the aftermath of those triggers.

5 – Your corporate smokescreen

A corporate smokescreen is when you are putting up a wall between yourself and your audience because you believe that you have to come across as professional at all times. You can’t let people in and get vulnerable, so your marketing feels very robotic and not at all human like. I

When you have a corporate smokescreen up, you don’t attract the right clients because you are not being genuine. People want to do business with humans.

• Why are you putting up a smokescreen?
• What fear is causing you to not own your expertise, your business, and what you’re offering?

You have to be confident in WHO you are if you want other people to be confident in you.

6 – The Outcome

We put so much pressure on doing and saying the right things in order to get clients.

Stop worrying so much about how you’re going to reach your goals and just keep moving forward!

We can do as much planning as we want. But the only way we can truly get clarity is by taking action.

The outcome may look completely different than what you could have imagined so you have to give up some element of control and put yourself out there.

7 – Your desire to sell, your definition of sales

Let go of your definition of sales and your need to convince people to work with you.

• How are you showing up with your audience right now?
• How are you defining sales?

You’re already selling whether you realize it or not. And if you have a bad definition of sales, you’re probably fulfilling that definition. You’re not showing up engaged and trying to help people because you’re so focused on your own fears and poor definition of sales.

Don’t withhold something your audience needs because you don’t want to come across as salesy. If you want to help and serve people then you’re already selling!

This week I’m celebrating 3 years in business! It has been a wild ride and in the spirit of honesty and transparency I’m going break down all of the lessons that I’ve learned.

I want other entrepreneurs to know that the ups and downs are normal and that you have to go through them to get to the sweet spot. And if you’re feeling discouraged, you are not alone.

I learned a lot of things the hard way. I want to share them with you now because I think it’s important to talk about everything that goes into building a successful business, even the stuff that’s not so fun.

Here are 8 lessons that I’ve learned in the last 3 years of business. My hope is that these lessons will encourage you and you will be able to apply them to your business and minimize some of the detours that I took along the way.

• Lesson 1: You need to be your own boss

Many women starting out treat their business like a hobby. They don’t treat it with the respect that it deserves.

When I first started I allowed other people to tell me what to do. I took on the wrong clients, I undercharged, and I had no boundaries. I was not being my own boss and it was exhausting.

If I could go back and redo anything, I would take my business seriously from day one. I now know that if you treat your business like a hobby you aren’t going to hit your goals, you aren’t going to be profitable, and you certainly aren’t going to bring in clients.

• Lesson 2: Know your audience

When I first started my business I said, “I’m going to target small business owners.” That was it! Because my message was so general no one could connect with it. I was trying to reach everyone and I ended up reaching no one.

As soon as I clarified who my audience was and I began talking directly to them, that’s when I started to build an engaged following and get steady clients.

This is exactly what I help my clients do now. I help them figure out how to connect with their audience, how to grow their own audience, and how to convert their audience into clients.

• Lesson 3: Don’t listen to others

I listened to a lot of opinions from well-meaning family and friends at the beginning of my business journey. Big mistake. Your family/friends aren’t paying you, so why are you listening to them?

Yes, it’s great to take advice from other people and have a support system. But if you are spending all your time listening to other people then you’re not going to build a business that lights you up.

It’s important to set those boundaries and remind yourself whose business this really is. It’s YOUR business, and you need to treat it like that.

• Lesson 4: Focus on one thing at a time

This is actually what led me to hitting my first 10k month! For an entire month I focused on marketing my 1:1 coaching packages and that’s exactly why I was able to reach a new income milestone.

At the beginning of my business I tried to be everywhere. I also tried to market everything. I didn’t have a focus and I was overwhelmed.

You will get better results and move faster if you simplify things. Whatever you focus on will grow.

• Lesson 5: It’s all about progress, not perfection

When I first started my business I spent a TON of time perfecting my website. As soon as my website was launched, I had no plan for how to bring people to it. I should have been more focused on having conversations with people than the colors on my website!

Your audience isn’t looking for perfection. People want to do business with people who are real, and perfect is not real.

Stop waiting around for the perfect time to start something. With action comes clarity. You’ll learn along the way. You’ll mess up and make mistakes. But there’s no such thing as failure unless you quit all together.

• Lesson 6: Treat people like humans

People make decisions based on emotion. In the beginning I wasn’t engaging with my audience,. I wasn’t giving them space to talk back to me and it showed. No one was emotionally connected to me and therefore they didn’t want to work with me.

Don’t just look at a person as a potential sale. Don’t introduce and invite that pressure into your business because your potential clients will pick up on that pressure as well. And no one wants to do business with someone who is pressuring them.

• Lesson 7: Expect the unexpected

I’ve learned that there is always a reason behind the unexpected circumstances. And while we don’t always realize it at the time, looking back it can be easy to see why something happened the way it did.

Any lost client is an opportunity for an even better client. Whatever situation you are facing right now, know that you don’t have to be in control. Things are going to work out. Not the way you expect, necessarily, but they might work out in a way you never anticipated.

While you may not get completely comfortable with change, you do need to expect the unexpected. And realize that those unexpected situations that seem so bad can actually be the best things for you.

• Lesson 8: Get support

As high achieving women, we see asking for help as a sign of weakness. Yet that is the very thing I had to do to take my business to the next level.

About a year and a half into business, I invested in a coach. It was scary to invest but getting that support has changed my entire business. And since then I’ve invested in a Virtual Assistant and a Podcast Manager to help me serve more women.

Investing in support can look different for everyone. If you want your business to thrive and succeed, you’re going to have to stop doing everything yourself and let someone else help you.

If you’re struggling to bring in clients consistently it’s because you don’t have your own audience.

But how do you connect with someone you don’t know and convert them into a client? Here’s how to put yourself in the driver’s seat of your marketing so that you don’t have to rely on other people for your client base.

This is a simple, 3 step system to create your own fan base – the acronym FAN.

1. F – FIND

You have to go into other groups or communities to find your audience. This involves knowing your audience and where they spend their time. You have to go find people first. Help them and provide value.

For example, show up in other Facebook groups to answer questions and share free resources if appropriate. Communicate and offer value without selling. It takes a little more time but it gets you way more qualified leads than just running a Facebook ad or blasting a link everywhere. I focus on real people, real women who are struggling with the very thing I have a solution for.

Go to your audience. If you don’t know where they spend their time, ask them. Selling, in the right sense, is really all about showing up and serving your audience. This was discussed in Episode 7, Stop Convincing People to Work With You. Selling is simply serving.

1. A – Attract

Once you find someone and start a conversation, you can’t keep the conversation going forever in a group, platform, or organization that you don’t run. You need to give them an opportunity to come into your world. The only way to really do that is for you to form your own community. This could be your email list, your blog on your website, a YouTube channel, a Podcast, or something else. This community can look how you want it to look.

The point is to create a community that people can come back to for an opportunity to continue the conversation that was started on another platform. It’s very difficult to get steady clients without having some form of a community. People are looking at different options online and they need to be confident and believe that you know how to get them results. And the best way to solidify that belief is to show up in your community and provide value.

For me, the main way that I show up and get clients is through my Facebook group, Market Like a Boss. I provide a ton of marketing resources, Facebook Lives, and information to help women grow their audience and get clients.

What kind of community is important for you? What ties in and aligns with your mission and your values? That’s what you want to create.

So how are you going to get people into your community? What outcome would they get from being a part of your community that they can’t get anywhere else? That’s the question you want to answer if you want to be successful in attracting people to your community.

1. N – Nurture

You need to nurture your audience once they are in your community. You can’t just get people in and then do nothing. You want to capitalize on their interest and continue to build a relationship.

Give them great content! Help them think through things, put them in touch with other amazing people in your community, and show them how you do things.

Most people join your community and they’re not ready to buy yet. They’re still window-shopping! You need to confirm that you are the person to help them. Consistently show up so they trust you and stay engaged.

This 3 step process will pay off for you if you put in the time and the effort. And once you have an engaged fan base, go back to the first step to find new ones! There are more people out there who need what you offer.

There is no quick fix. Relationships take time. If you’re struggling to get clients and you don’t have a community, you need to make it a priority.

Do you feel like you have to spend all your time convincing potential clients to work with you? If the answer is yes, then you’re putting too much pressure on yourself and it’s time to reverse this if you want to bring in steady clients.

First, this is normal. We all do this whether we like to admit it or not. We’ve all fallen into the trap of feeling like we have to pressure people to work with us. The good news is we don’t. I hope after listening to this episode you feel that pressure disappear.

• What does it look like when we feel like we have to convince people to work with us?
  • We feel like we’re begging for clients
  • We are undercharging, lowering our prices just to get the clients
  • We have the tendency to pick the wrong clients, ones that are not a good fit

• Other signs that indicate that you are spending your time trying to convince people to work with you:
  • You’re dropping links in Facebook groups without taking the time to get to know people
  • On a discovery call you’re so emotionally invested in the outcome that if the client doesn’t sign on right away you feel completely crushed

That is not pressure that you were ever meant to take on! It is not about convincing people to work with us. I believe a lot of women feel this way because we’ve been told that in order to sell you have to push people until they’re ready to sign on. But here’s what I want you to know…you’re already selling and you don’t even realize it. If you are serving your audience in any capacity you are selling. Selling equals serving.

• What does serving mean?
  • Answering questions in a FB group or on an online discussion forum
  • Sharing tips to work through challenges
  • Offering free resources
  • Asking questions and helping people think through the best option for them

When you help people think through their next step, you are going to remove the pressure automatically. Because suddenly it’s not about getting them to work with you, it’s about helping them get to a point where they know what the right decision is. It’s not about you coming up with the answers for them, or convincing them, or telling them that they have to work with you.

It’s about you helping them think through what is best for them, for their business, and for their life. That is all.

When you are serving and removing the pressure, when you’re focused on just simply helping your audience, people are going to book with you easily. It’s not going to take a lot of effort. It’s not going to take a lot of convincing.

Clients want to be treated as humans. And if you can show them that you care about them more than you care about the sale, then you’re going to get the sale!

• Questions to ask to remove the pressure so you can show up from a place of service:

1. Why do you feel pressure to sell in the first place?
2. Where is that pressure coming from?
3. How can you redefine selling and remove the pressure?

You feel the pressure because you have a definition of marketing and sales that feeds into and fuels that pressure. To remove the pressure you have to redefine what marketing and sales means for you. How do you want to serve your audience? What does that look like for you?

• Much of this comes from fear
  • You believe there aren’t enough people out there
  • You feel like you have to say and do the right things for your audience to work with you

Let’s redefine what marketing and sales looks like. It’s not about being spammy. It’s about showing up and treating people like human beings. It’s about helping them work through some really big challenges and then giving them an opportunity to continue their work with you.

I hope this gives you the motivation you need to continue showing up for your audience and to let go of any preconceived notions and pressure and just show up as you. Because the world needs you and so do your clients.

Analysis paralysis is when you feel trapped in the decision making process. You feel like you have to keep doing research, thinking about things, and reflecting on them. You’re stuck in the constant cycle of analysis and it keeps you from moving forward. It happens in every area of life, but here we’ll talk about it as it pertains to marketing.

Analysis paralysis is killing your marketing and your ability to get clients.

• What does analysis paralysis in marketing look like?
  • You’re not picking an audience, not sure who to target
  • Constantly updating your website, adding things to your website without actually promoting it
  • Struggling to launch a program or service, too focused on details or logistics
  • Keep stopping and starting, changing direction instead of making progress
  • Engaging in self sabotage, not getting in front of your ideal audience
  • Not investing in support you need, stuck considering what kind of support you need

Analysis paralysis is like running a race with a broken leg. It’s weighing you down, you’re not going to get very far. You’re dragging yourself along.

Before we talk about ways to move through this so it doesn’t keep derailing you, we need to talk about where it’s coming from.

Why are you stuck? What’s holding you back from making a decision?

• Here are a few examples
  • Afraid of making a bad decision
  • Not aligned or all in on what you want
  • Don’t believe you can get results or that you’re an expert
  • Scared to get clients

Now that you’ve identified where your analysis paralysis is coming from, how do you move past it?

• Steps to take action in spite of the fear you’re experiencing

1. Remind yourself of what you want. Visualize it, get specific.
2. Shift the focus back to the people you’re trying to serve.
3. Tell yourself what happens if you don’t more forward.
4. Make a list of all the reasons that you are the most qualified person to make this decision.
5. Give yourself permission to move forward.

True success doesn’t come from doing everything right the first time. The most successful people fall down and get back up. 

Staying stuck keeps you stuck. I hope this gives you the clarity and courage that you need to move forward.

Today we are talking about something that we don’t realize we are doing to ourselves and that’s self-sabotage!

Now, I’m going to be talking about self-sabotage in marketing but I want you to know that it’s present everywhere in your life!

Self-sabotage comes from deep within our roots. It’s those limiting beliefs that have been with us since childhood and they become our normal.

I hope that this episode today challenge your beliefs and challenge what you’ve always done so that you can create a new normal!  

There are 5 ways that I see so many women self-sabotaging their marketing and I’m going to share why they are happening.

• Not Showing Up

  • A lot of women say they want to get visible but they are not actually doing anything to make that happen and here is why, at the core, these women don’t believe that anyone cares about what they have to offer or they are valuable enough.

  • Are you scared of getting the client? I’ve experienced this myself! Maybe you’re scared of getting the clients because suddenly you have to deliver and the pressure is on!

• Taking on The Wrong Clients

  • This happens because we don’t believe that there are enough of the right clients out there. So, we get desperate and we just start taking on anyone and everybody. But, one of the worst things we can do is taking on someone that doesn’t value what you offer and fights you every step of the way.

• Undercharge

  • This means that we are undervaluing ourselves because we don’t believe we have value or that people will pay for our expertise. When you undercharge or offer a discount, you are saying that you don’t believe what you’re offering is worth anything. Eventually, that attracts the wrong clients and the people who are just after freebies and discounts!

• Not Having a Clear Path  

  • Does this sound familiar? You launch a new program and halfway in, you start something else? This is called stopping and starting and so many of you are doing this. You’re doing it because you are not staying in your own lane. You’re comparing yourself to what others are doing and follow that instead! The problem with this is that you don’t really know what's working and what’s not. When you’re stopping and going, the harder it will be to figure out why things aren’t working and what you need to do to shift.

• Not Investing in Getting Support

  • I talk to so many women that need help and but say that they can’t afford it and have to do themselves. This makes me sad because when you spend all your time doing everything yourself, in turn, you’re keeping yourself stuck. You’re only able to go as much as you’re willing to grow and true growth happens outside our comfort zone.

  • The reason that women aren't investing in themselves or in their business is that they don’t believe that they can make the investment back. It’s not because they think the investment is bad, it’s that they don’t trust themselves to create the results to make back that investment.

• How do you shift something that has been with you for so long? Here are 3 ways that you can do this!

  1. Understand where that self-sabotaging is coming from in the first place.

  2. Recognize that this is a choice that you’re making.

  3. Start to question the choices that you’re making.

So much of marketing is mental and a lot of people don’t realize that. They think, “Well if just do more, I’ll get more clients!” It doesn’t work that way, my friends. You have to get the internal stuff right before you can go out externally and get clients.

This is why I work with so many women on getting all of their mind junk cleared so that they can show up and attract clients with confidence.

In my experience, I’ve found that there are 4 main mental shifts that need to happen in order for people to start bringing the right clients and consistently.

• The belief you don't have anything to offer ----> owning your expertise.

  • Do you believe that you have something of value to offer? I see so many talented women who don’t believe that and it breaks my heart because they keep themselves hidden. This is such an important shift to make and if you don’t believe that you have anything to offer, your ideal clients aren’t going to either!

  • One of the best ways to make this shift is to list out ALL of the achievements you made this year. If you find yourself drawing a blank, ask a friend or family member what achievements they’ve noticed in you. This list will remind you that you have something amazing to bring to the table!

• The belief that there are not enough clients ---> there are more clients than you could ever possibly serve!

  • Do you believe that there are enough clients out there or do you find yourself feeling desperate? Here’s what happens when you feel that desperation: you undercharge, take on the wrong people, or you show up in a desperate way. You can’t form relationships when you are under that kind of pressure!

• The belief that you can’t serve your clients well ---> believing that you have the power to deliver incredible results.

• Do you believe that you can serve your clients and help them get incredible results? If not, then you are likely suffering from fear of success! This is something that I’ve struggled with. When I was working with my coach, we came to realize that I was sabotaging myself! I was keeping myself from getting clients because I didn’t believe that I could deliver on what I was promising. Have you ever felt that way?

• This is not an overnight fix, it’s a process and it’s something that you have to be able to move past if you have any hope in getting the right clients.

• How do you make this shift? Start with this journal prompt:

  • I deliver incredible results because…..

• The belief that it’s not possible for you to get results ---> believing that you are ALL in on getting results!

  • The only way that you don’t get results is if you decide to stop and quit altogether. If you are all in on your business, you WILL get results. Now, the timing of when you get results varies: I’ve had clients that got results within the first month, while others took longer. Marketing takes take time! Bottom line: if you go in expecting to fail, then you are not going to get results.

I am fired up today and I have to tell you why! I saw a post on Facebook that read, “I do not believe that anyone who is a true expert in their craft, should have less than 10,000 followers on social media!”

The reactions to that post broke my heart. I saw a woman who worked so hard creating a program and was now questioning if she should even launch it because she doesn’t have 10,000 followers.

Don’t let anyone tell you that you’re not worthy of being called an expert in your field. That is a lie.

Do you feel like an expert? Do you question why someone would actually pay for your program or whatever service you’re offering? If you have ever felt that way before, know that it stems from imposter syndrome and know that you are not alone.

We should not be telling ourselves this lie and certainly should not be telling others the same lie!

“Just because you don’t have thousands of followers on social media doesn’t mean that you are not a credible qualified expert!” - Michelle Vroom

Let’s reverse this lie! This lie that we are not worthy of calling ourselves, experts. Here are 3 things that make you qualified to be an expert (and not one of them is about your number of followers).

• Your Passion

• You need to have the desire for whatever it is that you’re putting out there. When you have that desire and passion, that is what makes you an expert. It’s because you are excited about what you offer and you know that it can change lives!

• Your Experience

• Even if you’re just starting out, I guarantee that you have experience that makes you qualified to do what it is that you do. It may not be experience that comes from in the form of clients just yet, but everyone has to start somewhere. You can have experience from a previous job, or maybe you’ve helped a family member or friend. You are more qualified than you realize!

• Your Willingness to Grow

• Are you willing to learn new things? Will you step out of your comfort zone and invest in yourself? Here’s the thing...it’s hard to call yourself an expert if you are not willing to grow. If you’re not willing to make investments that you know are going to help you learn more and take your business to the next level. You’ve got to be willing to grow. A true expert knows that she is not really an expert. At the end of the day, there is no one in this world that knows everything about everything!

Today, we are talking about 5 reasons why you’re not getting the clients that you want. Maybe you’ve gotten a client here or there but if you have gone through long stretches without bringing in clients, chances are it’s due to one of these reasons.

Now, this is stuff that a lot of people don’t like to talk about. We just want an easy fix! Unfortunately, there is no easy fix to getting clients. But I promise you -  even just working on ONE of these things can help you get clients.

1. You’re Not Confident 

• Maybe you don’t believe in your offer. Maybe you don’t believe in your value. Maybe it’s a combo of both. If you don’t believe in what you’re putting out there, there is no way that your ideal clients will too. The first step that you need to take is looking internally. Why don’t you believe in what you’re putting out there? Is it because you’re doing something that you think you should be doing? The “shoulds” are a total hindrance to our marketing. Anytime we do something out of obligation, it means we’re not really showing up the way that we want to. So, if you are not confident in yourself or what you’re offering, you need to figure out why.

2. You’re Playing the Comparison Game

• So many of us struggle with this! We compare ourselves to other people. We have this expectation that we need to be moving so much more quickly than we are and so we look to others for validation. We look at other competitors to see how far along they are and if we are not that far along, we beat ourselves up. When you’re too busy putting that much pressure on yourself, how in the world are you supposed to go out and get clients? So much of this is attracting the right clients and if you don’t have the right mindset or you’re too busy comparing, you’re going to attract clients who do the same things.

3. You’re Not Showing Up in the Right Places 

• We know that we need to be in the right places but how do you really know where your audience is? The most simple response that I can give you is to ask! Ask your audience. Chances are you are connected to someone who fits your ideal target. Go and ask them where they are spending their time. Don’t assume - you know what happens when you do that ;)

4. You’re Not Showing Up Regularly

• Once you know where your audience is, you need to start showing up. You can’t show up one week and drop off the face of the earth for a few weeks. Your audience isn’t going to know what to expect from you and they are not going to trust you. Marketing means showing up regularly - even when it doesn’t feel like anyone is listening.

5. You’re Not Connecting Emotionally

• I talk a lot about marketing is all about building a relationship with your potential clients. One of the ways to do that is through your messaging. Many solopreneurs focus their messaging solely on themselves versus their clients. Here’s an example: when you’re promoting a program, are you talking about the logistics or are you focused on the end results and what that program will give your clients? Your clients don’t care about the nitty-gritty details! They care about the outcome and what the future will look like.

6. (Bonus reason!) You Haven’t Given it Enough Time

• How much time have you really devoted to your marketing? Be honest. How much time have you been putting into nurturing those relationships? So many people start and after a few weeks, they are ready to throw in the towel/ Sometimes it really is just about time. Rome wasn’t built overnight and your marketing won’t be either. You are marketing to people. There is no special formula here. People are complex. Their needs change. You need to adapt to those changing needs and sometimes that just means giving yourself more time.

Today, I am sharing a pretty big milestone that I hit for January. I reached 35K in sales for one month and not only that, I landed 5 clients in one month. This has been my biggest month in business and because I’m all about transparency, I’m going to share 3 reasons why.

Now, I want you to know that sharing these reasons for me does not come easy for me. I never want people to think that I’m bragging or that I have some magic pill that they don't. However, I think it’s really to talk about how I made this a reality because if I can do it, you can do it too! I’m not some magical unicorn that happened upon success. It is absolutely something that you can achieve and replicate. Success is repeatable and so I’m going to dive deep into 3 reasons why January was such a big month for me because these are easy things that you can do yourself.

• I Showed Up

• There is no right way to market yourself. You get to decide how you show up and get visible. I showed up in a way that felt right for me. So, Facebook is my biggest platform and I show up mainly through Facebook live videos. It’s not just the act of showing up, it’s what you do when you show up. I didn’t sell to people or cold messaged anyone. I simply showed up from a place of service. I truly wanted to help people figure out the next step for them.

• I Took the Pressure off Myself

• Ladies, how much pressure are you putting on yourself when it comes to marketing? We’ve got to release that pressure and this is coming from someone who is a type A ;) Pressure puts a barrier between you and your clients. It has taken me awhile to make this shift but January was the first month that I truly felt the release. I removed the pressure and didn’t care about the outcome. Once that happened, conversations with potential clients became fun! I approached every chat as an opportunity to help women do what’s best for their business.

• I Took Care of My Existing Clients

• Two of the clients that I secured this month were clients who I was already working with. A lot of people don’t realize that client retention is a big part of marketing. We think that marketing is focused on reaching new people. Yes, that may be true, but marketing is also about serving your current clients well because if you can do that, they will want to level up with you!
