The key highlights from the financial reports of Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for the interim period ending November 30, 2025, are presented below:
Financial Performance and Loss Status: The Group generated 3,525,217,834 TL in revenue for the period of June 1, 2025 – November 30, 2025, representing an 11% decrease compared to the same period of the previous year. However, a net loss for the period of 787,183,508 TL and an operating loss of 3,091,057.225 TL were recorded during the same timeframe.
Going Concern and Debt Structure: As of November 30, 2025, the Group's short-term liabilities exceeded its current assets by 5,225,007,352 TL. This situation, combined with accumulated prior years' losses of 10,929,024,325 TL, has been reported as a significant uncertainty that may cast serious doubt on the entity's ability to continue as a going concern.
Capital Increase and Ceiling Change: The Company increased its issued capital to 4,364,569,202 TL through transactions completed in June 2025. Furthermore, with the registration in November 2025, the registered capital ceiling was raised from 6,000,000,000 TL to 21,800,000,000 TL.
Auditor's Opinion and Related Party Receivables: The independent audit report issued a qualified conclusion due to uncertainties regarding the timing and method of collecting a non-trade receivable of 3,877,618,366 TL from the main shareholder, Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü.
Significant Player Transfers and Technical Staff:
Gedson Fernandes was transferred to FC Spartak-Moscow for a transfer fee of 20,779,220 Euros plus additional bonuses.
Wilfred Ndidi joined the squad for 8,000,000 Euros, while Orkun Kökçü, Kevin Abraham, and El Bilal Touré were signed on loan with purchase options.
The contract with head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was terminated, and a new contract was signed with Ali Rıza Sergen Yalçın until the end of the 2026-2027 season.
