Today I was delighted to be joined by another excellent children's author and poet Emma Davis.

Emma Davis lives in Ballyvourney, County Cork.

She has been writing for as long as she can remember, and her dreams of becoming a writer came true when she published her two rhyming children’s stories, called Three Mucky Pups in 2019, and its sequel, Pups, Pancakes and Pandemonium, in 2022. They feature her own two children and her family dogs, and follow their indoor and outdoor, winter adventures against the mountainous landscape of The Derrynasaggart mountains.
They are colourfully illustrated throughout by Cork artist, Spark Deeley, who did an incredible job of bringing her stories to life.
They are independently published with Fairyfort Publications.
She has also exhibited poems in poetry galleries and online with Writeminds: Poetry and Wellness, between 2021 and 2023, and another was selected and exhibited for Cork City Council's Poetry in the Park Collection, in 2022.

She also participated in ‘Eat the Storms,’ podcast with Damien Donnelly, for Poetry Day Ireland, 2024.
She is currently working on my debut poetry collection.

Hi and welcome to another episode of my podcast was a pleasure to be joined by a excellent vocalist Ella Marie here is info about Ella Marie and links to her excellent music.

Ella-Marie Explores The Deception and Chaos Wrought by Love Triangles in Explosive New Single Cat Eyes Classically trained pianist and award winning lyricist Ella Marie is back with a powerful new single that evokes flavours of Fleetwood Mac and Fiona Apple. Dynamic is an understatement as Ella-Marie transitions seamlessly from vulnerable breathy falsetto to fearsome belts that perfectly paint a complex picture of heartbreak, love and loss. Ella-Marie’s gentle piano gives way to crashing drums and guitar as we’re dragged through the unfolding drama, and ultimately come to rest having felt like we’d experienced every late night text, every overthought catastrophised imagining and every agonizing moment of self doubt right along side Ella-Marie herself. When asked about the inspiration for the song Ella-Marie state that “The song cat eyes is equal parts about intimacy and jealousy. It’s a battle between craving intimacy from someone but also regretting anything happening at all. This song paints an image of an other woman type situation. Being tormented solely by another woman’s existence while trying to maintain any rational thinking at all is near impossible.”

Hi all, thanks a million for tuning into another Authors Tuesday episode. Today I was delighted to be joined by Lee Fomes another great author here is his info enjoy.

Lee J H Fomes was born and raised in Hampshire, in a small village called Medstead. He began writing stories of total fiction for pleasure at an early age, often airing them on his unfortunate brothers and sister when they would have really rather been out in the huge expanse of garden at the back of the house, as Lee often was. His inspiration for this novel was plenty of happy Christmases at Redcote, the family home, and many more at his own home with his wife Hannah, and his twins William and Molly, all to whom this book is dedicated. He is a professional musician in the Armed Forces, and lives in Alton, a small town which dwarves Medstead, where his parents still live.
Since writing book one in the series, Lee J H Fomes has had a ball signing copies of his book around the country. Thanks to some very special people, books two and three are now on general release, and Lee grows fonder of its characters by the day.

The L-Shaped Village Book One, Art & The Artisans blurb:
Art Elfee is in his final year of school, and whilst trying to deal with the unexpected attentions of the prettiest girl in his year, he is also hiding a huge secret; one of his best friends is a sprite, who appeared from nowhere four years in Art's past. Art believes their very treasured friendship has remained a secret, but the appearance of a magical Amulet transports him to a strange world, and a snow-covered village, where one of it's inhabitants lets it slip that Art's sprite-friend may not be all he seems. . .
Arthur seems like a very ordinary boy, but over the course of his fantastical journey discovers he may just be at the centre of one of the most misunderstood legends of our time, that also turns out to be far from mythical. And although he has never been anything but amazingly unremarkable, Art Elfee could just be the boy with the coolest destiny of all.
