Dr. Paul Duprex with the Center of Vaccine Research at the University of Pittsburgh joined Marty Griffin and Wendy Bell to talk about the importance of vaccinating your children after new research came out today stating that there is no link between autism and measles, mumps and rubella vaccine.  Dr. Duprex said its frustrating but also sad that parents aren't vaccinating, he knows parents are just trying to do what is best, but vaccines are safe and have irradiated diseases.  He said it is more dangerous to get the disease then to get the vaccine.

Andrew Conte, the Director of the Center for Media Innovation at Point Park University joined Marty Griffin and Wendy Bell to talk about the media bias.  Andrew said that when journalism used to be taught, reporters were told not to have any bias at all and now people have kinda given up on that.  He said they are now trying to be transparent and honest and open to share there perspective and where they are coming from.

Gary Von Horn with the Delta Foundation joined Wendy Bell and Marty Griffin to talk about transgender athletes in sports.

Susan, a Mt. Lebo mother, who's son is on the rifle team said it has been great for her son; he really enjoys it.  They have a great coach and it has taught her son responsibility and discipline.  She added that the guns aren't in the school, the team travels for a sportsman club for practice.  Retired Colonel Val Finnell joined Marty and Wendy also to talk about Mt. Lebo wanting to do away with the rifle team.

Tim Rush a retired police officer joined Marty Griffin and Wendy Bell to talk about the importance of organ donation.  Tim has a disease called IGA Nephropathy, which is non-curable Kidney disease.  He has had it his whole and is checked yearly; over the years his kidney function has decreased.  Tim and his wife met with doctors and they said now is the time to get a donor.  He will be receiving a donor Kidney from his wife.
