We’re covering another international case this evening - heading over to the UK to talk about Mary Flora Bell, a little girl who endured a very rough childhood and wound up becoming a child killer. This is another story where the question of nature versus nurture really just lingers in the back of your mind. Could things have been different for Mary if she had a different upbringing or if she was able to get help? Or was there something evil in this little girl?
