Worst investment everMarylen’s worst investment ever was doing too much for people who didn’t deserve her time and effort. She also tended to forget about herself and was poor at setting boundaries, which caused her a lot of burnout, stress, and even depression. As a result, she suffered several gastritis attacks and had to get a hospital procedure done. This was when Marylen realized she had forgotten about self-love and self-care. She had failed to invest in her body and soul.
