Set yourself up for a successful day with a consistent routine.

Morning routines are fantastic way to set yourself up for success. Taylos gets up at 4am, does a short 10 minute meditation, focusing on the breathing. Followed up with an espresso coffee and breakfast.

On his morning 45 minute drive, he listens to Quote of The Day Show, followed by an audio file talking through his goals, speaking along with them. Then his favourite song on YouTube and then the current motivational speaker he is listening to.

This really sets him up for a positive, productive day.

Melanie Browning is in the high dry desert of Utah yet she is near a man made lake, because it was built to attract those that want to be near water. What you are seeking, is seeking you. Melanie Browning is so excited as she is near the water and shares how she took some time to set her day up for success by self reflecting and looking at what lights her up. She likes to get up each day and get her body and thoughts moving by heading outside for a walk, or run. She likes being outside in the sun, in nature and today really treated herself by taking some extra time and taking her walk out by the water, because she absolutely loves the water.
