Lucky Number Slevin! Since Silly season is upon us, I think it is a good time to speak about burnout and the effects it can have on us and the people around us. Remember if you see your mates doing too much, check-in. Check if your mates are okay!
In this week's episode I share my experience hiking the Wolfberg Arch in the Cederberg while having a time off grid at Driehoek camping sight. We talk about what we can control vs what we can't control. Since October is Mental Health awareness month we focus on practical activities we can do in order to improve our mental health and how those activities release happy hormones in our brains like dopamine, serotonin, endorphins and oxytocin.
I would like to hear from your some tips or activities you engage in order to improve your well-being! Please share so I can try them out.
