Mateo Kovacic is the latest guest in the hot seat on the Official Man City Podcast…

The Croatian midfielder joins hosts Sam Cox and FG as he returns for his second appearance on the podcast.

Kovacic starts with a look back at his arrival in the summer of 2023 and what it was like joining a City team that had just landed the Treble.

And he explains what it is like walking into a dressing room full of superstars having also done so at former clubs Inter, Real Madrid and Chelsea.

In an incredible career, the 30-year-old has won the Champions League four times, La Liga and the Premier League as well as playing in a World Cup.

But he also explains that he often focuses on the negatives of his game rather than looking back at his phenomenal achievements.
