Matt begins with teaching us how certain foods and condiments got their names. He then proceeds to tell us that he sliced a chunk of his thumb off which then lead to a heavy conversation, led by Matt, to help better educate poor Chuy learn about the difference between nationality and race. Happy freedom day...but not for the female interns. They were tasked to create TWO quizzes/game shows for todays show, but only ONE was used...yay freedom.
