The story goes, that as she did this her young daughter asked her, “Mom, why did you cut off the end?” The truth was, she didn't actually know, and so then she asked her mother, who also didn't know, and in turn, asked her mother. Finally, an answer was found, and the reason was, that the ham was too large for the grandmother's dish and so the tradition was carried on... Today Pastor Mark challenges you and me to evaluate the traditions that we might hold. Does the way you worship God, come from His word? or the traditions of men?
