Myself and other people around me have been subject to episodes of very low mood over this summer 2021, and I don't think it's a coincidence. What happens in the human collective consciousness impacts all of us, and there's still a lot of negativity out there at the moment. In this episode, I explore emotional healing, gratefulness, compassion, and uncovering the ego. 

I have become alarmed by how zealous some people around me have become in their firm belief of catastrophic events to come and how, overnight, things could take a turn for the worse. It is my analysis that in their desire to break free from the perfectible system we live in, they have turned to false prophets and are being themselves manipulated by yet new powers whose exact identity is to be determined. This is a warning to those who relay —without any critical thinking—anything controversial or of a conspiracy nature they come across on alternative media, and think that by doing so, they are the heroes of the day.

After watching the documentary ‘The Social Dilemma’ on Netflix, I have more data to share with you on a topic already dear to me: how technology can be misused and hurt us—whereas it was supposed to help us in the first place!

I talk about the Covid situation and protests in main cities. Also about the importance of  emotional management, the waves of collectives emotions and how to protect yourself.

Sometimes, a relationship is beyond repair and in the name of self-love and sanity we must end it. Yet many of us resist this obvious conclusion and can't let go, leading to even more suffering.
