What does it mean that "the body of sin might be destroyed"? In Romans 6:6, the Apostle Paul wrote, "Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin." What is the body of sin and what did Paul mean when he said it might be destroyed? These questions will be answered in this bible study about how to destroy the body of sin.

  • The Old Man: Legally Dead, Literally Alive | Romans 6:6 | Live Free From Sin, Pt. 12
What does it mean that our old man is crucified with Christ? In Romans 6:6, the Apostle Paul wrote, "Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin." Who is the old man and what does it means that he is crucified with Christ? Is the old man literally crucified, figuratively crucified, or legally crucified? What does it mean for my walk with the God that the old man is crucified with Christ? All of these questions will be answered in this video, which is Part 12 of a series called "Live Free From Sin."

  • Knowing the Truth: Christ Crucified | Romans 6:6 | John 8:32 | Live Free From Sin, Pt. 11
What is the truth that makes us free from sin? What did Jesus mean in John 8:32 when He said, "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." In this teaching, I offer an in-depth Bible study answering these questions. Many have claimed that Jesus was referring only to His teachings in His Earthly ministry, but the biblical answer is that He was referring to all of His teachings in the whole Bible, as He is God and the Bible is the Word of God. More specifically, however, He was referring to the teachings brought out by the Apostle Paul in his letters, as they are the key that unveils the mystery of the Word of God, according to Paul in 2 Corinthians 3. If you want to know the answer to the question, "What the Truth that sets us free from sin?", this teaching is for you.
