In order to find victory over the dominion of sin and the lust of the flesh, we need grace to help in time of need. Through the blood of Jesus, we can come boldly to the throne of grace and receive help from the Holy Spirit, who will work in us both to will and to do that which is well-pleasing in the sight of God (Phil 2:13, Heb 13:20-21).

It's one thing to be crucified with Christ; it's another thing to know how to walk in it. If we don't understand and obey Romans 6:11, we will continue to live as though the old man is still the ruler of our lives, even though, through Christ, he is not. It is the responsibility of the believer to, by faith, lay hold on the victory Jesus won for us at the cross, which requires that we believe we are in a position of victory in Christ. Only when we see ourselves crucified with Christ, with a proper understanding, can the Life of Christ shine through in our daily lives and enable us to walk in the freedom we have in Christ. Learn for in this teaching on how to walk as one who is crucified, buried, and risen with Christ.

In Galatians 6:14, the Apostle Paul wrote, "I am crucified unto the world, and the world unto me." What does it mean to be crucified unto the world? What does it mean to be in bondage under the elements or rudiments of the world? What practical implications do these things have on our daily lives? Find out in this biblical teaching from the books of Galatians and Colossians.

Are there two kinds of freedom from sin?

Many preach that there are two kinds of freedom from sin: One freedom that all Christians have and one that only some Christians have. They might call it positional freedom and conditional freedom, use some other terminology, or simply preach as though born again Christians are still in bondage to sin without saying it directly. In this video, learn why that is an error that will keep you in bondage, not to sin, but to a lie, which will result in you living AS THOUGH you're a slave to sin, even though you are truly free in Christ.

This morning on my run, listening to worship music, God was just speaking encouragement to me regarding this Truth of being crucified with Christ and how it applies to my own life and to all the problems anyone will ever face. In this short, encouraging video, I break from teaching for a few minutes to share with you the Truth that had me crying tears of joy this morning in the presence of the Lord.
