Could Martial Arts be the best way for females to get mentally and physically fit, strong, lean and tough? YES/NO/WHY? What if “Fighting-Fitness-Strength was the way to control your hormones instead of having your hormones control you? What if all things female; periods, pregnancy, weight, emotions, and menopause could be easier with fewer or none of the “normal” challenges?

Ice baths and cold showers – Why are they in fashion? It has become a popular trend to swim, bathe, shower and sit in very cold or ice water for everything from weight loss and longevity to wanting an adrenalin rush. Does it work and why?

Do you like being told what to do? Do you tell other people what to do? Could it be offensive, disrespectful, rude and even irresponsible- especially if a person is telling you what to do but they don’t know ALL about you? And if you tell people what to do without knowing ALL about them?

Do you Exercise to be BEAUTIFUL on the outside or the inside…Is a beautiful body important if we are not a beautiful person on the inside? Regardless of how physically beautiful a person is, could an ugly inside show on the outside? OR regardless of what we look like on the outside, could “beautiful” shine from the inside?

Patience – Are you impatient with people or life? Do you need to improve the size of your patience gene? Here is a simple system…

Why Exercise does NOT work for weight loss!! BUT…What if the side effect of our fittest, strongest body meant we had a fast base metabolic rate, a fast metabolism, and a body that burns EVERYTHING we eat and drink FAST – would it be easier to be lean? Could the side effect of a fit strong body be we are lean/ lose excess weight?

Words can help us win, they can inspire and motivate AND they can Screw us up, and wreck our lives!! Are you choosing yours carefully and do you react or respond to the words other people throw at you?

Why fight sports teach HONESTY… How can you kid yourself, lie to yourself, pretend to have trained hard enough; when you step into a fight ring or onto a fight mat? Nowhere to hide and nobody to hide behind- could fight training/martial arts be one of the best ways to teach strong character, integrity, and HONESTY

Can’t get a job, a date, or clients - WHY… if you want to attract a top job, a beautiful person, or have a successful business, does “WHO YOU ARE” matter? If Yes, who are you? AND - are you that person all the time, in every situation? If NO, what are the consequences?
