In this episode, I share three questions you should ask yourself when dealing with anxious thoughts. Three Rational Questions
1. Is my thinking based on fact? (What is the evidence for it, what is the evidence against it?)
2. Does my thinking help me achieve my goals?
3. Does my thinking help me feel the way I want to feel?
Three "Yes" answers mean that your thought is rational for you, and therefore, it is in your best interest to keep it. One or more "No" answers mean that your thought is irrational, and, therefore, it is in your best interest to replace it with a rational thought.
