Florian Hillen, the CEO of Videa Health, initially pursued a career in medicine but ultimately decided to leave medical school after assisting in a neurosurgery procedure that made him realize the monotony of the job. He then founded a digital pregnancy app called Neenu and later became interested in applying AI to dentistry, leading him to pursue a master's degree in computer science at MIT. Hillen then started Videa Health, which has developed FDA-cleared AI algorithms to assist dentists in diagnosis and treatment planning, with the goal of improving patient outcomes and automating administrative tasks. Videa Health now processes over 50 million patient records and Hillen envisions a future where dentists play a greater role in primary care by identifying early signs of systemic health issues.

Dylan Capshaw, son of our doctor partner, Dr. Amy Okun, is an 18-year-old entrepreneur from Scottsdale, Arizona, with an impressive story to tell.

From starting a wildlife rescue in 5th grade to running a successful online flower business during the pandemic, Dylan has consistently demonstrated his drive and creativity. He then opened a unique coffee and flower shop called STEMistry, and began navigating the challenges of managing older employees and expanding to multiple locations. Dr. Charles "Chuck" Town is a general dentist and owner of Stonehaven Dental & Orthodontics in Burleson and Waco, Texas.

After meeting Dr. V in dental school, Dr. Town joined MB2 Detnal as an associate in 2012 and a couple years later opened his own practices in College Station, Harker Heights, and Burleson with MB2's support. Dr. Town's dentistry has evolved, as he became passionate about implantology and pursued extensive continuing education to provide more predictable and comprehensive care. He continues to lead a positive, collaborative culture, including annual all-expenses-paid office trips. Dr. Town advises young dentists to pursue their passion relentlessly, emphasizing the importance of work-life balance to avoid burnout.
