EPGP scaled new heights in campus recruitment for the graduating class of 2022 as a total of 57 offers were rolled out to a class strength of 57 students. The average CTC grew by 28% to 25.4 LPA. The highest domestic offer grew by a massive 114% to 70 LPA.

The programme follows a six-segment course structure, and each segment is seamlessly joined to the next. “Capstone' exercise is a business game aimed at integration of all that is learnt over the year.

Admissions Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, a valid GMAT/GRE score, 25 years of age as on March 31st, Minimum 4 years of full-time work experience after completion of graduation as on March 31st.

There is a rigorous selection process involving GMAT and a personal interview. Interviews are conducted through online mode as well across India and select international locations. While the average GMAT score is on the upside of 700, the average work experience is over 8 years. Take a look at some average parameters. Candidates come from a wide variety of industries in their prior work experience, including defence, oil and natural gas, energy, IT and IT services, automobiles, electronics, education, aviation, agriculture, healthcare, finance, government agencies, food processing, etc.

Candidates with less than 24 months of work experience can still apply to PGP through Early Entry Option (EEO) or Young Leaders Programme (YLP). These are Deferred Admissions. An applicant is evaluated based on Academic Credentials, Leadership Potential, Professional & Personal Attributes. As per Financial Times Ranking the programme is #3 globally in salary increase. The Admissions Requirements of PGP at ISB are a bachelor's degree in any discipline, minimum 24 months of full-time work experience after graduation, GMAT /GRE score, TOEFL/IELTS/PTE score (for non-English participants), academic Transcripts/Marksheets (12th, graduation, post-graduation, and any other certificate courses), MBA Essays and Recommendation.

Admission Fee, Tuition Fee, Accommodation Fee and other expenses for books, laptop, meal plans, etc come to approximately 40 lakhs excluding opportunity cost. Financial aid options are available in the form of bank loans. To apply for the scholarship, it is required to indicate the same in the application form and write a supporting essay.
