Fred Minnick, Wall Street Journal bestselling author, bourbon curator, and taster, joins McConnell Center Director Dr. Gary L. Dr. James L. Nolan, Jr., Chair and Washington Gladden 1859 Professor of Sociology at Williams College, joins McConnell Center Director Dr. Gary L.
