“It’s Hammer Time,” the popular Facebook Live and YouTube show at MCPLive.TV, will host a August 7, 2020, 12 noon, show the theme of which will be “Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District Update: How Government Can Actually Reduce Spending.” Jim Spigener, who is an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District (LSGCD) and its Treasurer will be the special guest on the show.
Spigener is an up and coming property rights advocate in Montgomery County and all of Texas.
Spigener is 69 years young, married for 50 years, and has 2 children and 4 grandchildren. He’s an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and landscaping. Spigener is a long time Montgomery County resident who worked in the chemical industry for 20 years running large chemical complexes and has been a consultant for 30 years in the field of leadership.
He has “coached” over 50 chief executive officers of major companies and serves on the Board of Directors of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America Foundation. Spigener has served as the Mostyn Manor Owners Association President and has co-authored 3 books, numerous articles in trade journals, and is a recognized speaker on leadership.
