Is sober the new cool? It may not be the norm yet. However, I’m noticing a trend starting amongst my clients, and they are starting to choose differently. Making choices that support their overall wellness. In my humble opinion, it’s super cool, especially if it means choosing a route that says wellness and stands for taking care of your own mental health!

In this chat, Brandon Senia shares how choosing to become sober in college and implementing tools and routines to help him feel good emotionally helped him easily transition from college into his first job. It’s an honest chat about his challenges, how he navigated through them, and how consistency, meditation, and coaching helped him calm the anxiety and gain clarity and confidence.
Working with College students and watching them gain confidence and calmness through the use of mindtools and meditation is so rewarding to me as a life coach. To be able to provide the tools I could have used when I was their age feels like very important work to me and a great way to be of service in this world.

In this episode a magical and profound experience. I took a trip to a Horse Ranch in Topanga, California and discovered the healing and empowering nature of horses. My experience of working with the horse and Sabine's guidance was profound and one that will stay with me for a long time. Th bonding and the trust exercises , it was as if the horse was a mirror to my soul.
So, I invited Sabine Niederbergaus the CEO of The Equine Leadership Program on the show to share more about the empowering work she does with the horses and her clients through her Equine Leadership Program (ELP). It's simply fascinating!!!

This episode will pull on your heart strings as I speak to clients and inspiring humans about their journey to sobriety.
This podcast episode is like no other I’ve shared before.
I work with so many wonderful people in my coaching and hypnosis business, and I get to be a part of their sometimes challenging - and sometimes magical - journeys, which is both humbling and hugely rewarding.
However, because my sessions are confidential, I don’t usually get to share with anyone how the work we do in these sessions can play out in my clients’ daily lives. So, when two inspirational humans - and clients of mine - told me they were launching a podcast called THE POWER OF WE, to support others struggling to get sober, it presented a wonderful opportunity to tell their story and share with you their struggles, the highs and the lows. I hope you enjoy it.
If you liked this podcast check out the Power Of We.
The new podcast hosted by the Mother/Daughter duo Samantha and Nicole Senia about sobriety, strength, and hope. THE POWER OF WE creates space for women to call out their chaos and gain tools to live an authentic, inspired life. In each episode Smantha, Nicole, and future guests will share their stories while they support each other's sober journeys.
