Celebrating the 100TH podcast episode of this show, This feels like a culmination and the beginning of a new chapter in the show. I think it is so crazy how this is my personal time capsule thank you to everyone who has taken the time to listen and be a part of this.

Been doing a lot of healing work, lots of internal in self observing, thought therapy, overall shift in mindset paradigms.

I love that this platform is here for me to uplift you with my learnings of self. As I keep embodying these changes I've accepted as valuable for me, I know that the next upcoming months will come with a lot of growth in finance, health and lifestyle. I am no longer just focused on my self desires, I want a family and to step into that work needs to be done.
