Hello, I am sharing some thoughts behind my year's theme of "self-sufficiency" as well as the benefits of trusting yourself and believing in your long term life plans

It has been a wild past few months. I've done a bunch of internal work getting over several limiting beliefs, as well as I've revisited past traumas to break current cycles and I catch myself in.
