It's the sequel to Megazone 23, Megazone 23! This movie looks absolutely completely and totally different from its predecessor but the storytelling is just as bewildering. Half the film is motorcycle chases and the other half is people rocking out to jerry-rigged stereo systems so it isn't all bad. Also there are ostensibly mechs in this movie.

We watch the first episode / film / OVA of Megazone 23 and are completely lost. A whole bunch of things happen, not the least of which is the world's must uncomfortable sex scene, and also a girl gets shot in the head. We try to unpack the high-speed motorcycle crash that is Megazone 23.

At last, the end is here! We go blow-by-blow through the Evangelion's concluding film to try to both make sense of it and see if it comes out on top over the television series.
