In this episode I talk with Charles. Those of you who are in practical Karate circles will know him as a well spoken, intelligent Karateka. He chose a line of social work as a way to help people, but the reality of that work crushed him. Now he is meditating his way out of depression. I'm happy to say he is doing very well. In our conversation we covered mental health, social work, raising children and Karate. I hope you will enjoy this episode.
