Tonight, we have another guided meditation. This time, we are taking a journey together through a tropical forest, and then along a warm, golden sandy beach, utterly revelling in the wonder of nature and the peace of the ocean, before again, finding our tranquil campsite and settling down for sleep.

Visualisation meditation takes our mind on a journey where we imaginatively engage all our senses. All we have to do is follow the voice as it leads us along the trail.
