If you’re feeling a little fried and in need of some restoration and renewal, this is the meditation for you!
It’s the Monday after Spring Break and I’m feeling the opposite of energized and ready to run this week. Instead of pushing through it and hustling myself into burnout, I slow down.
I breathe.
I give myself the gift of time to recenter and come back home to myself.
Trusting that when I feel nourished and restored, I’ll be able to put all my energy into the things I love today.
