It can all start with a single seed,

It holds the potential for something great.

Your conscious mind looks closer,

And observes this tiny seed.

Its shape,

Its color,

And the infinite possibilities it contains within.

A surge of gratitude spreads through you,

Starting from your heart,

Radiating out to your fingertips and toes.

You feel energized.

Joyful,

And grateful for the abundance of life.

Another seed is here,

Another life of potential.

Your attention shifts to it.

Again, observing its unique shape,

And the hidden promise inside.

Another ripple of gratitude spreads through you,

Magnifying the feeling of appreciation.

Because gratitude grows like these seeds,

It multiplies, 

Blooms, 

And spreads.
