Hello world! In this episode of Meditation Magick I created a body scan/gradual relaxation meditation. This meditation checks in with the body and focuses on sending relaxation to the different body parts. Once in that relaxation state, we spend some time focusing on being present. Taking time to just be is a wonderful way to really connect with the higher-self and cultivate that magick within. I think this is a great way to center yourself or to unwind at the end of the day.
