Meditation on Joy

"If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love,  just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full."  -John 15:10-11 Prayer: Lord Jesus, You have created for me a life full of triumph and tribulation. Help me to learn from each and every experience, for all things happen for a reason, and all things happen according to Your almighty plan. In all humbleness, please bless me with a state of happiness; accepting with a smile all that you send into my life. For I know that my happiness pleases you, O Lord, and brings me closer to the joys of heaven. I ask this in the name of Jesus, whose love reigns forever.
