Or anxious,


Or stressed,


Bring your attention inside,


And clear it all out,

Call in the good,


The possibilities,


And the magic,


And witness the lightness and calm expand,


As you raise your vibration.


Breathe in deeply,


And touch the center of you.


The eternal part of you who knows that everything is energy,

Take a few deep breaths here,


Fueling this truth,


And fading out all the details of your mind.

See if you can feel it,


The orb of energy in the center of you,


Pulsating to the rhythm of your breathing. 


Bringing you into alignment,


Connected to yourself.


Connected to others.


Connected to the Universe.


And breathe deeply into it all.

Let those feelings dissolve,


And those thoughts float away.


As you settle deeper into the energy inside.
