On this episode, we discuss the thinking behind, "Once I get hired, then I'll commit to learning the things I need to learn."
In my opinion, this is the exact opposite approach of what should be taking place. Employers want to see people who have invested time up front to learn about the company, industry and product line. If you have shown up-front investment, there is a good chance you will continue to invest in yourself and in your career.
This looks good to potential employers.
