Meet Shahin Najak.
Shahin is a Mindfulness Meditation Coach, Speaker, and Educator. She works with parents, children, teens — anyone who is experiencing unrest, anxiety, distress and wants to move from a state of “mind chatter” to a state of calm and presence.
Her clients tell her that the practices that she teaches and the mindfulness tips they have practiced have brought a sense of ease into their lives and they noticed a shift in how they are responding to the challenges in their lives.
Shahin is a mom of two teenage daughters – they have been her inspiration as she started upon her journey and created Mindful Changes Coaching business. Her work revolves around helping her clients re-energize, re-focus, and re-discover their lies. Shahin believes that the daily practice of Mindfulness can bring about the clarity that allows us to savor the moment and live a meaningful and passionate life.
In May, Shahin will talk us through how to create a 90-day path to more mindfulness. Her blueprint is a series of small habits that she has very carefully stacked so that we can feel successful!
Today Shahin gives an explanation of mindfulness and a shift we can make today. These tools go hand in hand with Julie’s talk from yesterday.

We are currently looking at the best way to present this experience to you. Originally, it was 4 Fridays while the kids were at school. I am not sure that will be happening, so we are coming up with the best way you can benefit from this info, with kids home.
This will be coming out at a time when we will all be excited to come out of the “Coronavirus season” and make some revised 2020 goals that we can pull off in just 90 days.
