Stepping into the Meet the Founder hot seat this week is editor in chief of Stylist magazine, Lisa Smosarski.

After working as an editor for a number of other successful women’s magazines Lisa was asked to take the helm and launch Stylist in 2009, and since then it’s become a household name.

Lisa shares some of her trickiest decisions and early mistakes, from early editorial mistakes to being aware of a changing cultural landscape in order to best reflect the content she’s putting out.

Clemmie and Lisa even take a trip down memory lane and re-live some of their own memories from building their own careers in the noughties.
