In the hot seat this week is the founder of women’s clothing brand Never Fully Dressed, Lucy Aylen.

Lucy takes Clemmie through the brands journey from selling her designs in an East End London market in 2009, to keep her busy when acting auditions were scarce, to amassing over 1 million instagram followers and launching the brand internationally.

They chat about the challenges Lucy has faced along the way from management to delegation and managing both a physical store and an e-commerce site.
