Prince Andrew has become a massive liability for King Charles because his Epstein ties are no longer a contained family embarrassment — they are a recurring institutional crisis. Every new disclosure, allegation, lawsuit reference, police assessment, or resurfaced photograph drags the monarchy back into the Epstein scandal and forces Charles to answer for why his brother was protected, housed, funded, titled, and publicly tolerated for so long. For Charles, Andrew is not just a disgraced brother; he is a standing contradiction to everything the modern monarchy claims it wants to be.
