Grounding is a practice that connects your body to the earth and brings physical, mental and emotional balance and strength. When you learn how to ground yourself, you become present, more into your awareness and conscious about every word and actions you take or speak.
A grounded person is very positive and is full of energies. Whereas an ungrounded person is imbalance physically, emotionally and mentally. They constantly stuck either in their past situation or they over think about what will happen next in pretext to future. They are not into their awareness. So this triggers a lot of fear, stress and anxiety in them. They have lot of mood swings.
Signs or Symptoms of Ungrounded
*Forgetfulness - forgetting appointments or other important things ,Misplacing or losing things
*Feeling generally unwell, totally lacking energy, tired and drained
*Falling asleep during meditation
*Continual daydreaming
*Sensitivity to light and noise
*Getting lost while driving, even when you have a GPS, you just can't seem to go the right way, even when the area is quite familiar to you.
*Unable to carry on a normal conversation, including losing track of what you were saying.
Technique Of Grounding
*Take walk in the nature
*Take salt water bath
*Do physical exercise - Yoga, swimming, jogging, dance , tai chi
*Use crystals - Red Jasper, Blood Stone, Smoky Quartz, Carnelian
*Meditation- Mindfulness meditation
*Eat chocolate
