The 90's Club Footy Podcast

Melbourne/Fremantle - Jason Norrish

Listen Later

This week we go back in time with Melbourne and Fremantle midfielder Jason Norrish . Jason reminisces about his career, reflects on some of his favourite moments and people in the game.

Jason, a Western Australian product, was drafted to the Demons in the 1991 National Draft with Pick 5. He spent three seasons at Melbourne, playing 20 games before heading to the Fremantle Dockers in 1995, the clubs inaugural year. He spent 8 seasons at the Dockers playing 128 games.

In this episode, Jason talks about Draft day, playing with some Melbourne champions, why he headed back home to play with Fremantle, winning the Doig Medal and the battles against West Coast.

A great listen with the fifty-fourth member of 'The 90's Club Footy Podcast'.
