Hailing from the northern region of Hughenden, Melissa Neilson and her husband manage a cattle property. However, it was a distressing ordeal following the birth of her third child that spurred Mel into action, prompting her to seek assistance and raise awareness, particularly for rural women. Her journey towards recovery and the restoration of her physical well-being served as the inspiration behind launching "RWE" (Rural Women's Exercise).

Mel is a woman of unwavering determination, imbued with a deep passion for her cause. She is resolutely dedicated to effecting positive changes in her own life and in the lives of those who aspire to enhance their health and overall well-being.
