We’ve almost MAYde it!! School is out for the summer but luckily our evenings are planned for a while as the Mavs and Stars begin the Western Conference Finals.  Emily’s studying flight paths, Julie’s getting forced into pinky promises and awkward doctor conversations, and we introduce a SALTY hat and possible new segment?!

Julie and Emily are in studio with some Sauv Blanc this week riding the wave that is the end of the school year. Emily’s Mother’s Day gift has them both crying, and it’s still playoff SZN in Dallas! Julie details her emotional and hilarious first pitch night at the ballpark which leads into a great discussion about the importance of mentality in sports for pros, moms, and kids alike. Plus, what would the Chiefs kicker think of our jobs? And what does Tay Tay think of all this?

Let’s hear it for the unemployed girlies! Julie’s trying to figure out life and attempting to be Betty Crocker mom while Emily’s fresh off a retreat weekend and appreciating all the teachers for teacher appreciation week. DFW is buzzing with the Stars and Mavs in the second round of the playoffs, and the Rangers cruising along as well.  Plus, we are excited to introduce our new partnership with the North Texas Food Bank!

Julie is fighting through her shock, sadness, and anxiety for the future after 97.1 the Freak abruptly flipped back to rock music this week.
