Today I share a solo episode with you all about shame and shutting down. I've personally been learning a lot about the nervous system and trauma over the past few years and incorporating more from this into my work, and these topics are big parts of this.

You've likely all heard about being in a fight or flight mode when there's perceived danger, but there's also what's known as the freeze response, or shutting down. This response often goes along with shame, which is why I'm digging into them together today.
