In this episode, I dig into why it's so important to be true to who you are at your core.

In this episode I talk about a simple, effective tool that you can use to help you and your partner create deeper connection on a regular basis.
Often, when things build up that we're not willing to share, resentment is created and we start to push each other apart. In order to come back together, it's important to be able to clear the blocks, say the things that need to be said, and come back to love and connection.
This tool of conscious connection dyads is fantastic for helping you and your partner empty out the bucket, get rid of blocks between you, and come back to feeling connected again!
I personally recommend using this practice once a week together so that things don't get too built up or get ignored for long periods of time. I created a framework you can download and use to guide you through the process too!

In this episode, I dig into two main themes from my interview with Shae...
The power of knowing your why, and how getting clear on this can help you stay more motivated in pursuit of your goals.
Choosing yourself and your health over how you're being perceived by others.
These two themes also tie closely together, so they flowed well together for this episode.
Enjoy!
