Welcome to Men, Menopause & Miracles, the podcast for women navigating the beautiful, messy, and ever-evolving journey of midlife. This is where we have honestconversations about menopause, relationships, identity, reinvention, and all the unexpected moments that shape who we're becoming.
I'm Suzanne, your host and Your Midlife Wingwoman, and today we're kicking off a brand-new series called Midlife Unfiltered: Salon Sessions.
If you listened to Episode 60, you heard me talk about whatI call "The Great Unfiltering." It's that shift so many womenexperience in midlife where we stop editing ourselves quite so much. We people-please less, tolerate less drama, set stronger boundaries, and become much more interested in living authentically than living for everyone else'sapproval.
Because let's be honest, some of the most authenticconversations women have don't happen on social media or in carefully planned interviews. They happen sitting in a salon chair with someone they trust.
For years, my hairdresser Kelly and I have talked abouteverything from relationships and career changes to the adventure that is online dating in midlife. We swap stories, compare notes, laugh a lot, and occasionally look at each other wondering, "Did that really just happen?"
I kept thinking...what if we actually created a space thatreflected that? That's how Midlife Unfiltered: Salon Sessions was born.
Today, I'm joined by my hairdresser Kelly, and we're diving into one of the most talked-about topics among women over 40: online dating. We'll share the highs, the heartbreaks, thehilarious moments, the unexpected lessons, and everything in between. If you've ever swiped right, been ghosted, questioned modern dating, or found yourself wondering if love still exists, this conversation is for you.
So, grab your favorite drink, pull up a chair, and welcome to Episode 62: Midlife Unfiltered | Salon Sessions.
Welcome Kelly! Whoooo, we’re here and finally doing this?
Where do we start? We typically start with catch me up onany recent dating stories…and as of late or this year it feels like there have not been as many.
I’ll kick it off with my two most recent experiences andall the ad hoc or a la carte options that come also.
Listen on Spotify, Apple, iHeart or watch on YouTube.
I hope today's conversation reminded you that if you'veever found yourself navigating the wild world of dating in midlife, you're definitely not alone. Whether you're swiping right, taking a break from dating, or simply laughing at the stories from the sidelines, we're all figuring it outone experience at a time.
If there's one thing I hope you take away from today'sSalon Session, it's this: dating isn't just about finding the right person. It's also about discovering more about yourself.
Every conversation, every awkward moment, every great date, and yes, even the disappointing ones, can teach us something about what we want, what we deserve, and what we're no longer willing to settle for.
If today's episode made you laugh, nod your head, or think,"I've been there," I'd love for you to Like, Follow, or Subscribe. Better yet, leave a review and tell us your biggest takeaway or your funniest dating story.
If you have a topic you'd love us to tackle in a future MidlifeUnfiltered: Salon Session, or if there's someone in your life you'd love to hear me have an unfiltered conversation with, I'd love to hear from you.
You can reach me at [email protected].
Until next time, keep trusting yourself, keep honoring yourboundaries, and don't be afraid to embrace your own Great Unfiltering. Because the most attractive thing you'll ever be is authentically you.
I'm Suzanne, Your Midlife Wingwoman, and this has been Men, Menopause & Miracles. Until next time...bye for now!

Welcome to Men, Menopause & Miracles, the podcast for women who know there's more to midlife than simply getting through it. Together, we unpack the real stories, the expert advice, and the everyday moments that help us navigate menopause, rediscover ourselves, and step into this season feeling stronger, healthier, and more alive.
I'm Suzanne, your host and Your Midlife Wingwoman, and today we're diving into a conversation that so many women desperately need to hear. If you've ever been told your labs are "normal," yet you know something in your bodydoesn't feel right...if you've wondered whether your symptoms are simply something you have to live with...or if you're looking for practical, evidence-based guidance through menopause, this episode is for you.
In today’s episode, we’re separating myths from facts and helping women make sense of one of life's biggest transitions. We’re pulling back the curtain on menopause and having aconversation that women are craving.
This is where curiosity replaces confusion, confidence grows louder than self-doubt, and we explore everything from menopause and relationships to health, identity, and what it truly means to thrive in your next chapter.
This is Episode 61: Menopause Isn't Just Hormones.
Joining me today is Dr. Christina Enzmann, a Board-Certified Gynecologist, Certified Menopause Practitioner, as well as aSpecialist in Functional Medicine and Nutritional Endocrinology located in Maryland.
What I find especially interesting is that she's also the founder and physician of GYNANDTONIC LLC, where she combines traditional medicine with a functional approach to help women navigate menopause, hormones, metabolic health, and so much more.
Listen on Spotify, Apple, iHeart or watch on YouTube.
This has been such an insightful conversation, and I know so many women listening are walking away feeling seen, informed, and hopefully a little more empowered to advocate for themselves.
You can learn more about Dr. Christina Enzmann at: https://drchristinaenzmann.com/
I hope today's episode reminded you that you know your body better than anyone else. While menopause can bring unexpected changes, you deserve answers, support, and healthcare providers who listen to what you're experiencing, not just what a lab report says.
If there's one thing I hope you take away, it's this: don't ignore what your body is trying to tell you. Be curious, ask questions, seek the right support, and remember that "normal" isn't always the same as "optimal." You deserve to feel like yourself again.
If this episode resonated with you, I'd love for you to Like, Follow, or Subscribe. Better yet, leave a review and let us know what stood out to you.
If you have questions or there's a topic you'd love us to cover in a future episode, you can always reach me at: [email protected].
And if you know another woman who's been told "everything looks normal" while silently struggling, please sharethis episode with her. It just might be the conversation that helps her realize she's not imagining it, and she's certainly not alone.
Until next time, remember: Midlife isn't about settling forfeeling less. It's about learning to listen to your body, trusting your instincts, and giving yourself permission to ask for the care you deserve.
I'm Suzanne, Your Midlife Wingwoman, and this has been Men, Menopause & Miracles. I'll see you next time. Bye for now!

Welcome to Men, Menopause & Miracles, the podcast where we have honest conversations about the beautiful, messy, and miraculous journey of midlife. This is the place where wenavigate life's unexpected twists with courage, rediscover who we're becoming, and learn to trust ourselves enough to stop living in the "maybe" and start embracing a wholehearted "yes."
I'm Suzanne, your host and Your Midlife Wingwoman, here to walk alongside you as you step into your next chapter with more confidence, more clarity, and the courage to go allin on the life that's calling you. Because sometimes the biggest transformation doesn't begin with a giant leap. It begins with one decision to stop holding yourself back.
If you've ever felt like you're standing at the edge of adecision, wondering if you're ready, waiting for certainty, or hoping for the "right" time, this episode is for you.
This is Episode 60: Why Midlife Women Go All In - TheShift from Maybe to Yes.
Midlife women are navigating reinvention, dating, marriage/empty nesting or both, then there’s menopause, aging parents and identity too -"going all in" isn't about taking bigger risks. It's about finally giving ourselves full permission.
After years of investing in everyone else's dreams, expectations, and needs, midlife becomes the invitation to invest completely in your own. Because this chapter isn't about playing it safe. It's about trusting yourself enough to choose the life you've been quietly longing to live.
So, let's talk about why so many women in midlife stopliving in "maybe"...and finally start saying yes.
Listen on Spotify, Apple, iHeart or watch on YouTube.
Going all in often begins with making room. Before you cansay yes to the life you want, you usually have to say no to the life that's no longer yours.
So, don’t miss the opportunity to join me for my one-hourmidlife coaching session that speaks directly to this ‘Stop Second-Guessing Yourself: 5 Shifts to Finally Trust Your Next Decision’. It’s completely free and it’s where you’ll learn where you’re hesitant to your own life and how to trust making decisions that align with this chapter.
It’s this Thursday July 23rd at 2:00pmPST / 5:00pmEST. You can go to www.yourmidlifewingwoman.com to register and save your spot / add to your calendar or email me at [email protected]
If you've been living in "maybe," wondering if the timing is right, waiting for confidence, or hoping for a sign, consider this your sign.
You don't have to overhaul your entire life tomorrow. Going all in rarely begins with one giant leap. It usually begins with one honest yes.
Remember...going all in isn't about doing more. It's about becoming more of who you already are.
If this episode resonated with you, I'd love for you to Like,Follow, or Subscribe. And if you have any questions, thoughts, or a story about a moment when you finally went all in on yourself, I'd love to hear it. You can always reach me at [email protected].
If you know another woman who's been living in the"maybe," waiting for the right time, the right sign, or the rightamount of confidence before saying yes to herself, please share this episode with her. You never know...this conversation might be the permission she's been waiting for.
Until next time, remember...you don't have to have all theanswers before you take the first step. Sometimes the greatest act of courage is simply saying yes to yourself. Your next chapter isn't waiting for perfection. It's waiting for your decision.
I'm Suzanne, Your Midlife Wingwoman, and this hasbeen Men, Menopause & Miracles.
Until next time, be well...and don't be afraid to go all inon the life that's waiting for you. Bye for now!

Welcome to Men, Menopause & Miracles, where we have honest conversations about the beautiful, messy, and miraculous journey of midlife.
This is the place where we navigate life's unexpected twists with courage, rediscover who we're becoming, and remind ourselves that even in seasons of uncertainty, there's always room for hope, healing, and miracles.
I'm Suzanne, your host and Your Midlife Wingwoman, and today we're talking about finding the courage to keep moving when life keeps changing.
Maybe you're facing a career transition, the end of a relationship, an empty nest, financial uncertainty, or simply wondering what comes next.
If you've ever found yourself asking, "How do I keep choosing change when I've already experienced enough loss or uncertainty to make me want to stay exactly where Iam?" then this episode is for you.
Just a friendly reminder...if you're needing a podcastthat's a little less serious, last week's episode, The Miracle of Play, challenged you to create your own Summer Play List. That's two separate words...Play and List! I invited you to come up with ten playful things to do before Labor Day. They can be silly, simple, spontaneous or completely free.
If you haven't listened to Episode 58 yet, go back and give yourself permission to play. I promise it'll be worth it.
This is Episode 59: The Courage to Keep Moving When ThingsAre Changing. Listen on Spotify, Apple or iHeart. Also available on YouTube.
Today’s episode hits home personally. As much as I want tofocus on serving a community of incredible midlife women, I’ve personally been walking through one of the biggest seasons of change in my own life.
Maybe courage isn't found in making one big, fearless leap.
Maybe courage looks like pausing long enough to honor what you've survived...thanking the woman who got you here...grieving what needed to end...and then taking one small step toward what's next.
Because healing isn't what happens after you've changed. Healing is part of how you find the courage to change.
Perhaps the miracle isn't finally reaching the next chapter. Perhaps the miracle is discovering that you don't have to race past your pain to keep moving forward. You can grieve and grow. You can honor what was and still choose what's next. Those things aren't opposites. They're partners.
Can you feel that? Where do you realize today where you’ve been carrying losses you may never gave yourself permission to name. That's where real courage begins.
So before you rush back into your day, I want to leave youwith one final question...
What have you survived that you've never stopped to honor? Because perhaps courage isn't pretending it didn't hurt. Perhaps courage begins the moment you acknowledge that it did...and you choose to keep walking anyway.
If this episode resonated with you, I'd love for you to Like, Follow, or Subscribe. And if you have any questions or stories to share, you can always reach me at [email protected].
If you know another woman who could use a reminder to choose courage one step at a time, share this episode with her.
Until next time, remember...you're stronger than you think, wiser than you know, and you never have to navigate midlife alone.
I'm Suzanne, Your Midlife Wingwoman, and this hasbeen Men, Menopause & Miracles.
Until next time. Be well and bye for now!

Welcome to Men, Menopause & Miracles, where we have honest conversations about the beautiful, messy, and miraculous journey of midlife. Because miracles aren't just found in life's biggest moments. They're often hidden in the everyday courage to keep showing up, trust yourself, and create a life you truly love.
Those everyday moments that challenge us, change us, and ultimately lead us back to ourselves.
I'm Suzanne your host and Your Midlife Wingwoman, and today we're talking about something that may sound surprisingly simple...but I think it might be one of the greatest miracles available to us.
Play.
And the timing is perfect post July 4th holiday, summertime is here and it’s the season of play.
I realized recently that I'd become incredibly efficient at life – heck, who am I kidding – I always have. And for me efficient is being responsible or adulting somewhat well. My calendar is full with commitments or appointments, my goals are clear, and I’m checking all the boxes.
But when I asked myself the question: 'Suzanne...when was the last time you just played without an agenda or every detail planned out?' that caught me off guard…cause it’s been a really long time. I have an agenda for almost everything – don’t you?
I honestly had to think about it. I plan out fun, but I don’t make time to play. That's when I realized I'd become very good at living responsibly, but I'd forgotten how to live playfully.
I’m talking about waking up to the day and thinking of some or one playful thing to do with the day. Not the planned fun I’ve added to my calendar like pickleball, concerts or a comedy show. I’m talking about the spontaneous, wanderlust, see where the hour, if I give it to myself, or day, if I’m feeling really rebellious, takes me kind of energy.
More freedom, wonder, play…
This is Episode 58: The Miracle of Play.
Listen on Spotify, Apple, iHeart and watch on YouTube too.
I hope today's episode reminded you that play isn't something we leave behind in childhood. It's something we carry with us...if we're willing to make room for it.
If there's one thing I hope you take away, it's this: your life isn't meant to be managed every minute of every day. It's meant to be experienced. You don't have to earn joy, wait until everything is perfect, or finish your to-do list before you allow yourself to laugh, explore, and feel fully alive. Sometimes the most courageous thing you can do is simply say yes to delight.
If this episode resonated with you, I'd love for you to Like, Follow, or Subscribe. Better yet, leave a review and let me know what playful adventure you're saying yes to this summer. And if you have any questions, you can always reach me at [email protected].
If you know a woman who's been carrying the weight of the world, is just plain exhausted by it all and could use a reminder that joy is still waiting for her, share this episode with her. You never know how much someone might need permission to come out and play again.
Until next time, remember: miracles aren't always the big, life-changing moments. Sometimes they're found in the smallest choices...taking the scenic route, saying yes to the invitation, laughing until your cheeks hurt, or choosing wonder over worry. Those moments don't just brighten your day...they bring you back to yourself.
I'm Suzanne, your Midlife Wingwoman, and this is Men,Menopause & Miracles.
Until next time, keep believing in miracles, keep choosing yourself, and don't forget to make room for a little more play.
I'll see you next time. Bye for now!

Welcome to Men, Menopause & Miracles, the podcast where midlife women rediscover themselves, navigate the twists and turns of dating, relationships, menopause, and life's unexpected reinventions, and remember that it's never too late to create a life and love that feels deeply aligned with who you are today.
I'm Suzanne your host and Your Midlife Wingwoman, and today we're diving into a question so many of us have asked: In a world with endless ways to meet people, why doesfinding a genuine connection still feel so hard?
Together, we're exploring modern dating, the technology that's shaping it, why more matches don't always lead to more meaningful relationships, and what it might take tocreate connection that lasts.
Whether you're actively dating, thinking about getting back out there, or simply curious about where the future of dating is headed, this conversation will challenge assumptions, spark new perspectives, and hopefully leave you feeling a little more optimistic about what's possible.
This is Episode 57: Rethinking Modern Dating.
Joining me today is Rik Foote, the founder of HAEVN, amanaged matching network building a new category between traditional dating apps and professional matchmaking.
HAEVN’S hope for users is instead of endless swiping, profile tweaking, and draining search behavior that once you know what you want - attraction has room to grow into something real. If attraction is the spark, intention is the oxygen.
Rik has spent the last 30years in the technology industry as an executive with large Fortune 500 companies and startups alike.
Listen on Spotify, Apple, iHeart or watch on YouTube!
You can check out HAEVN at www.haevn.co to learn more about it and how it may be a fit for you. Currently, with local community efforts in Austin TX, Portland OR, and soon to be in Tampa, FL, with intention to build locally in other major cities.
I hope today's episode reminded you that while technologymay change the way we meet, it can never replace the qualities that create lasting connection: curiosity, vulnerability, authenticity, and the courage to keep showing up as yourself.
If there's one thing I hope you take away, it's this: finding love isn't about becoming more interesting, more perfect, or more desirable. It's about becoming more connected to who you are so you can recognize the people who are genuinely aligned with you.
If this episode resonated with you, I'd love for you to Like, Follow or Subscribe. Or, leave a Review and let us know your thoughts. For any questions you can always find me at [email protected]

Welcome to Men, Menopause & Miracles, the podcast where midlife women get to rethink everything they've been taught about aging, identity, success, relationships, and who they're allowed to become next. Because somewhere along the way, many of us learned to look outside ourselves for proof that we were enough.
Proof that we were lovable enough.
Attractive enough.
Successful enough.
Worthy enough.
We learned to measure ourselves by achievements, approval, relationships, and whether or not someone chose us. And while there's nothing wrong with wanting love, companionship, or connection, many women reach midlife exhausted from asking other people to answer questions that only they can answer for themselves.
But midlife has a way of changing the conversation.
It invites us to stop seeking validation and start building self-trust. To stop measuring our worth by someone else's attention, approval, or choice. And to finally ask ourselvesa different question: What if I already am enough?
What if love isn't here to prove my value, but to complement a life I've already learned to value myself?
I'm Suzanne, your host and Your Midlife Wingwoman. Think of me as the trusted friend walking beside you as you navigate one of the most transformative seasons of your life. I'm here to help you stop second-guessing yourself, rebuild self-trust, and remember that your worth was never meant to be determined by someone else's approval, attention, or choice.
Together, we'll challenge old beliefs, untangle the stories that keep you stuck, and explore what it means to choose yourself without guilt, apology, or permission. Because midlife isn't about proving who you are. It's about finally trusting who youare and creating a life, relationships, and future that reflect that truth.
Today, we're talking about the difference between looking for love and looking for proof, and why one of the most powerful shifts a woman can make in midlife is moving from being chosen to consciously choosing the people, relationships, and experiences that belong in her next chapter.
This is Episode 56: Are You Looking for Love or Looking for Proof in Midlife?
What if the reason dating feels so exhausting isn't because you haven't found the right person yet, but because you're asking dating to answer questions it was never meant toanswer?
Listen on Spotify, Apple, iHeart or watch on YouTube to hear more about this episode.
And before we go, I want to leave you with this:
Midlife isn't about collecting more proof that you'reenough. It's about finally believing that you are.
Not because someone chose you.Not because someone stayed. Not because a relationship worked out.
But because you've lived, loved, lost, rebuilt, learned, and kept going. And maybe that's what self-trust really is. Knowing that no matter what happens, you won't abandon yourself.
I hope today's conversation reminded you that love isbeautiful, but it was never meant to be the measure of your worth. The healthiest relationships don't prove your value. They reflect it.
If today's episode gave you a new perspective on dating,self-worth, or self-trust, I'd love for you to Like, Subscribe, or Follow so you don't miss what's next. New episodes drop every Monday.
And if you know a woman who is tired of looking outsideherself for proof that she's enough, share this episode with her. Sometimes the reminder we need most is that our worth was never up for debate in the first place.
Reach out to me with your midlife questions, concerns or stories. I'd love to hear from you: [email protected]
I'm Suzanne - Your Midlife Wingwoman, and this is Men,Menopause & Miracles. I'll see you next Monday.
Until then, trust yourself a little more than your fear, choose yourself a little more often than your doubt, and remember: rejection doesn't define you, and neither does anyone else's choice. You do! Bye for now.
Welcome to Men, Menopause & Miracles, the podcast where midlife women come to embrace change, reclaim their voice, and create a next chapter they genuinely love.
I'm Suzanne, your host and Your Midlife Wingwoman, helping women rebuild self-trust, reconnect with who they are, and navigate midlife with more clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
And today's conversation is for every woman who's ever wondered, "What do I want my life to look like now?" We're talking about money, relationships, remarriage, and the importance of building a life that's aligned with your values.
Because in midlife, financial planning isn't just about protecting your future. It's about creating the freedom to live it on your own terms.
This is Episode 55: His, Hers & Ours - Navigating Money in Midlife Relationships.
My guest today is Leah Hadley. Leah is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, Accredited Financial Counselor, and founder of Intentional Wealth Partners and Intentional Divorce Solutions.
She recently released her book ‘Intentional Money’ in March of this year and she facilitates a membership program called The Empowered Sisterhood, which is on a mission to break down the barriers we have around talking about money and improving financial literacy.
Leah’s approach with finances starts not with budgets but with values. She asks questions like “Who are you now? What actually matters?” The questions we’re continually or start to ask in midlife.
Whether you’re navigating a remarriage and trying to decide what combining finances should look like this time around. Or as a midlife women, you’re including how do I protect myself financially while building something new with a partner.
Listen to this episode on Spotify, Apple, or iHeart or watch this episode on YouTube also. Also find me on Instagram @yourmidlifewingwoman
You can learn more about Leah and her services https://www.intentionalwealthpartners.co/leah-bio-1 or listen to her podcast ‘Intentional Money Podcast’ on Apple, Spotify or where you listen. (Apologies to Leah, as I noted her podcast title incorrectly in the episode.)
Leah is also the author of ‘Intentional Money’ which you can find on Amazon, Google Books or the Kindle store. She also has The Empowered Her Sisterhood where women can gain financial empowerment through coaching and community. Lastly, check out her Mid-Year Money Reset taking place this month of June at: https://intentionalmoney.substack.com/p/mid-year-money-reset
I hope today’s with Leah helped reframed financial planning from something restrictive into something deeply empowering. Instead of asking, "What should I do with my money?" she encourages us to ask, "What kind of life am I trying to create?" That's a very different conversation, and one I think every midlife woman deserves to have.
If today’s episode gives you new insight into identity, healing, self-leadership, or what it means to truly be human again, be sure to Like, Subscribe, or Follow so you don’t miss what’s next. New episodes drop every Monday, and you can also watch this conversation on YouTube.
And if someone you know is looking to be more intentional and asking themself, “who I am now?”, “what matters to me and what’s next?” as well as “how money can support me?” - share this episode with them. Sometimes getting a little more educated on such topics is the motivation to create an aligned life.

Welcome to Men, Menopause & Miracles, the podcast where midlife women get to rethink everything they've been taught about aging, identity, success, relationships, and who they're allowed to become next.
Because somewhere along the way, many of us inherited a set of relationship rules that no longer fit the women we've become. We were taught to be loyal at all costs, to maintainfriendships out of history, to tolerate dynamics that drained us, and to prioritize being chosen over consciously choosing what truly nourishes us.
But midlife has a way of changing the conversation.
As we grow into ourselves, our standards often shift. We find ourselves craving deeper friendships, more meaningful connection, less drama, more reciprocity, andrelationships that feel like a place to exhale rather than another obligation to manage.
We begin to ask bigger questions: Who are my people now? What does true companionship look like? And, who do I want beside me for this next chapter of my life?
I'm Suzanne, your host and Your Midlife Wingwoman. Think of me as the trusted friend walking beside you as you navigate one of the most transformative chapters of your life. I'm here to help you rebuild self-trust, reconnect with the womanbeneath the roles and responsibilities, and make confident decisions about what stays, what goes, and what's possible next. Together, we'll untangle old stories, raise the standard for your relationships, and create a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and fully your own.
This is Episode 54: Midlife Relationship Reset - Creating a Village That Reflects Who You Are Now
Today’s talk isn’t really about friendship or romance alone. It’s about relational discernment. In our 20s, 30s, and even 40s, many women built relationships based on proximity, obligation, history, caregiving, or shared responsibilities.
By midlife, the question often becomes: "Who do I actually want beside me for the next chapter of my life?"
Listen on Spotify, Apple, iHeart and watch on YouTube too.
Reminder - midlife isn't about finding yourself. It's about finally choosing yourself. And choosing the people, relationships, opportunities, and adventures that get tocome with you.
I hope today’s conversation reminded you - midlife isn't about settling for what's left, it's about consciously choosing what's next.
If today’s episode gave you new insight into relationships, discernment, or what it means to reset or refresh your friend circle please Like, Subscribe, or Follow so you don’t misswhat’s next. New episodes drop every Monday, and you can also watch this conversation on YouTube.
And if a woman you know has been seeking her tribe or deeper self-connection, but beating herself upthat it doesn’t exist or she does not have the time - share this episode with her. Sometimes the right episode arrives at just the right time.

Welcome to Men, Menopause & Miracles, the podcast where midlife women get to rethink everything they’ve been taught about aging, identity, success, relationships, and who they’re allowed to become next.
I’m Suzanne, your host and Your Midlife Wingwoman, helping women rebuild self-trust, reconnect with who they are, and navigate midlife with more clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
And today’s conversation feels like a deep exhale for women who are tired of performing, proving, and pushing through life disconnected from who they really are.
We’re diving into a conversation about authenticity, transformation, and the exhausting pressure so many women feel to keep performing instead of truly living.
This is Episode 53: What Midlife Reveals About the Life You’ve Survived
Listen on Spotify, Apple, iHeart or watch on YouTube.
Today’s guest is Angiee Tajouidi, a keynote speaker, executive coach, personal brand strategist, author of Be. Human. Again., and host of The Authentic Advantage podcast. She’s single mom of three and someone deeply committed to helping people reconnect to who they really are in a world that often rewards performance over presence.
You can learn more about Angiee and her services on her website at www.angieetajouidi.com or follow her on YouTube @angieetajouidi. You can also listen to her podcast ‘The Authentic Advantage’ on Apple or wherever you listen. And lastly, her book ‘Be.Human. Again’ is found on Amazon. I’ll add the details in the show notes.
What I loved most about this conversation is the reminder that so many women are walking around successful on paper while quietly disconnected from themselves underneath itall. And that real transformation often begins the moment we stop living on autopilot and start asking ourselves what actually feels aligned.
Sometimes midlife doesn’t ask women to become someone new. It asks them to stop abandoning who they already are.
I hope today’s conversation with Angiee reminded you that authenticity isn’t a buzzword. It’s a return. A return to your voice, your truth, your humanity, and the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath performance, pressure, survival mode, or expectations.
If today’s episode gave you new insight into identity, healing, self-leadership, or what it means to truly be human again, be sure to Like, Subscribe, or Follow so you don’t miss what’s next. New episodes drop every Monday, and you can also watch this conversation on YouTube.
