Sometimes, our reactions to our emotions can offer strong clues that something deeper is being activated. By understanding how emotions like shame, guilt, fear, and frustration function, we can learn which core emotions need our attention and what actions we can take to find peace and wisdom.
We can also fall into the habit of avoiding emotions that create pain. Please know that you are not alone and don’t have to go through pain alone. Pain is a universal experience, and together, we can find ways to move through it that are sustainable, safe, and empowering.
