Living with his family on his farm on top of the South Pennines, David has been in the property business since 1999 where he has also taught and mentored people in property, business, and marketing since 2016.
Having trained and mentored for a number of years, and having understood first-hand the stresses and demands placed upon busy people with business and pressured jobs, David now focus on self development in relation to health, business, and lifestyle.
Having undertaken a life changing body transformation himself which saw him lose 70lb in weight in only 4 months during lockdown, David has written his book - 5 stones, 4 months, 3 mountains which was released in September 2020.
During his transformation period David went from a position of struggling to walk for 30 minutes in March, to achieving the National Three Peaks 24 hours in July and run a marathon in October.
Next year he is taking on the Welsh3000s mountain challenge and The Brutal Triathlon.
