Originally from Germany, Stefanie Thomas is a Holistic Health Practitioner based in the Netherlands.
After a career in IT in which she headed Global ERP-System implementations from Mexico to Japan, she decided to make her lifelong passion for learning about health and wellness her job and became a holistic health coach.
Having lived a corporate life filled with stress, coffee, cigarettes and sugar she was her own first client.
She is a qualified PT and has numerous and varied certifications which allow her to create effective programs for her clients’ fitness, and is expert in fixing posture.
Nonetheless, she has always felt a strong attraction to the mental and emotional side of healthcare and has studied in great depth both the brain and the “second brain”, that is to say, the gut.
In recent years she has mostly coached corporate clients as an executive and performance coach but is now mixing it up with group coaching for companies, and private one-to-one and group coaching for people with chronic health complaints, especially digestive issues.
She also finds time to take care of her British husband, teenage son and daughter, and dog.
